Despite being released in 1991, more than 30 years ago, Salman Khan and Revathi’s love story Love is still remembered by viewers, especially for the song “Saathiya Tune Kya Kiya.” In the grandiose action tale Tiger 3 from Yash Raj Films, the two stars will reconnect after 32 years apart.
Journalist Himesh Mankad announced on Twitter that Salman Khan and Revathy had reunited on Tiger 3 after a 32-year separation. Character information for Tiger 3 has not yet been revealed. The fast-paced thriller is scheduled to be released around Diwali in 2023.
Tiger 3, directed by Maneesh Sharma, is one of the most eagerly anticipated movies in Bollywood. In the third instalment of the Tiger trilogy, which also includes Tiger Zinda Hai and Ek Tha Tiger, Katrina Kaif will reprise her role as Salman’s leading lady alongside Ranvir Shorey. The producers have also added Emraan Hashmi and Vishal Jethwa to the roster in addition to Revathi. Shah Rukh Khan will also make a surprise appearance in the movie.
Although Salman and Revathi didn’t work together again after “Love,” the actor did appear in her 2004 film Phir Milenge as an actress. The movie, which also included Shilpa Shetty and Abhishek Bachchan, addressed AIDS awareness. As an actor, Revathi most recently appeared in the recently released emotional saga Aye Zindagi.
