The much appreciated 2018 released Tamil-Telugu suspense thriller ‘U Turn’ will be getting its Hindi remake. The film which ruled the box office in the south is now all set to do big in Bollywood too.
The film revolves around a young inexperienced journalist who is investigating some mysterious road accidents. Well, according to the buzz around the industry Taapsee Pannu has been proposed to play the role, which as previously played by Samantha Akkineni.
However, there is also news that the makers want Samantha to reprise the role in Hindi.
“For some strange reasons, Samantha is not keen to extend her popularity down South into the Hindi belt. They want her to do her role from U Turn. But, she is reluctant. Maybe she wants to start a family,” a daily quoted a source as saying.
Now it will be intresting to see who will be steping into the shose of the leading lady of the film!
