Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s son Ibrahim Ali Khan is all set to make his big Bollywood debut. He is being launched by Karan Johar. Ibrahim will star in the film titled Sarzameen, which will be directed by Kayoze Irani, son of Boman Irani. Given Ibrahim’s massive fan following already, there’s a lot of hype and buzz around this film, which also stars Kajol and Prithviraj Sukumaran. Now, as per reports, The Archies actor Mihir Ahuja, Jitendra Joshi and KC Shankar have also joined the film.
Ibrahim Ali Khan to make his Bollywood debut with Sarzameen
The star kid, who is the son of actors Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh, will be seen in a lead role in Kayoze Irani’s directorial venture Sarzameen. The movie is produced by Dharma Productions and is expected to release next year.
Sarzameen: A story of revenge and redemption
According to sources, Sarzameen is a thriller drama that revolves around Ibrahim’s character, who is kidnapped as a child and grows up to become a terrorist, seeking revenge against his own father. Kajol and Prithviraj play his on-screen parents, who are unaware of his identity and motives. The movie will explore the themes of family, loyalty, betrayal and forgiveness.
Mihir Ahuja and Jitendra Joshi join the cast of Sarzameen
The movie also features some talented actors in supporting roles. Mihir Ahuja, who rose to fame with his web series It Feels Like Ishq and Super 30, will be seen as Ibrahim’s friend and accomplice. Jitendra Joshi, who impressed the audience with his performance in Sacred Games, will play a cop who is on the trail of Ibrahim’s gang. KC Shankar, who has appeared in movies like War and Dil Dhadakne Do, will also have a pivotal role in the movie.
Mihir Ahuja to star in The Archies with Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor and Agastya Nanda
Apart from Sarzameen, Mihir Ahuja has another big project lined up. He will be seen in The Archies, a musical comedy based on the American comic book series of the same name. The movie is directed by Zoya Akhtar and produced by Tiger Baby Productions. The movie will feature Mihir along with Dot, Yuvraj Menda, Vedang Raina and three other star kids – Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor and Agastya Nanda – who will make their Bollywood debut with this film. The movie is set in the 1960s and follows the adventures of a group of teenage musicians. The movie is slated to release on Netflix later this year.

Ibrahim Ali Khan’s sister and actor Sara Ali Khan recently spoke about his debut in an interview. She said that she was very proud of him and that he had finished shooting for his first film as an actor. She also revealed that she and her mother treated him very lovingly whenever he came home from school or shoot. She said that she had the heart of her mother because they both treated Ibrahim very similarly.
