Shah Rukh Khan and Rajkumar Hirani’s collaboration has been the talk of the town ever since we got to know that the two are coming together for a new project. According to the reports the film is a lighthearted drama based on the topic immigration.
It has been reported that SRK wants to start working after October. Hence he wants the director to fine-tune the script with Abhijat Joshi-Kanika Dhillon and start possible pre-production work virtually.
It has been also reported that the yet to be titled project will show Punjab and Canada in the film.
As per the information SRK is preparing to come in the skin of the character he is also growing his hair for the role.
“Like all Raju films, it revolves around a serious, globally relevant issue and is treated with gentle humour. The story moves between Punjab and Canada. This guy is jovial, he’ll make you laugh and get emotional. Shah Rukh is growing his hair for the part,” the source was quoted as saying.
“The trio is currently giving finishing touch to the script, after which the team will chalk out a new schedule. The film requires a long outdoor shoot abroad and they will wait till travel restrictions are eased. If things get back to normal soon, it should kick off before the year ends,” the source added.
