Backed by Balaji Motion Pictures, a division of Balaji Telefilms Ltd, in association with TVF and 11.11 Production, The Vvaan brings together TVF founder Arunabh Kumar and director Deepak Mishra for a family entertainer rooted in Indian folklore, fantasy, mystery, adventure and humour. Arunabh Kumar has written the film, while Manu Anand serves as director of photography and visual director. The producers include Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa R Kapoor, Arunabh Kumar and Niraj Kothari.
The wider world of the film now extends through The Legend of Vvaan comic book, adding another layer to its folklore universe ahead of the film’s theatrical release on September 25, 2026.
