Tu Yaa Main Makers Roll Out Buy One Get One Ticket Offer For Friday Screenings As Crocodile Thriller Builds Buzz

A crocodile has rarely sparked this kind of theatrical chatter, but Tu Yaa Main is leaning into exactly that: a Valentine-adjacent “date-fright” mood, loud word of mouth, and a steady drumbeat of promotional pushes designed to get audiences back into cinemas. Just a week after its release, the makers have now added a time-sensitive sweetener that plays straight into the film’s growing curiosity factor.

Tu Yaa Main’s One-Day BOGO Push For Friday Shows

The team behind Tu Yaa Main has announced a Buy One Get One free offer that is valid only for Friday’s screenings, positioned as a one-day, urgency-driven deal for audiences who have been tracking the film’s twists and its now much-discussed crocodile threat. The messaging around the offer highlights how the “frenzy” for the film is spreading, while encouraging viewers to lock tickets immediately for Friday.

The move comes as the film’s marketing stays unusually nimble post-release. Earlier, the makers and exhibition partners also amplified other limited-period ticketing offers, including a “Thrilling Tuesday” pricing push that pegged tickets starting at Rs 92 at PVR cinemas, keeping the conversation active beyond opening weekend.

What The Film Is And Why The Crocodile Is The Headline

Directed by Bejoy Nambiar, Tu Yaa Main is mounted as a romance-meets-survival thriller that pivots on two content creators whose collaboration turns into a fight to stay alive when nature turns predator. The film stars Adarsh Gourav and Shanaya Kapoor, with Parul Gulati, Amruta Khanvilkar, Kshitee Jog, Tanishq Shelare, Shrikant Yadav and Rajendra Gupta also featuring in the ensemble.

Backed by Colour Yellow Productions and Bhanushali Studios Limited, the film is produced by Aanand L. Rai and Himanshu Sharma, along with Vinod Bhanushali and Kamlesh Bhanushali. It released in theatres on February 13, 2026, with PVR INOX Pictures handling distribution.

Box Office So Far

In its first week in India, Tu Yaa Main has collected around Rs 4.25 crore net, according to available trade tracking for its day-wise run. The BOGO offer appears aimed at converting social chatter into footfalls, especially for viewers who tend to wait for a “right show” or a “right deal” before trying a genre-bending title without a conventional superstar template.

Adarsh Gourav And Shanaya Kapoor’s Recent And Upcoming Work

For Adarsh Gourav, Tu Yaa Main continues a post-The White Tiger run that has kept him alternating between OTT visibility and theatrical experiments. In the last few years, he has been seen in Netflix’s Kho Gaye Hum Kahan (2023) and the series Guns & Gulaabs (2023), while also appearing in Superboys of Malegaon (2024).

Shanaya Kapoor, meanwhile, is building her early filmography with Tu Yaa Main as a prominent theatrical outing. She has also been associated with Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan, which has been reported as part of her emerging slate.
