Mohit Malik is a popular actor in the television industry. He has portrayed the role of Samrat Singh Rathore in Zee TV’s serial Doli Armaanon Ki. He then went on to appear on the Star Plus serial Kulfi Kumar Bajewala. His role in both shows was well-received and they enjoyed great TRP ratings. However, like many actors working in television, Mohit also harbored a dream of making it big in Bollywood.
Turns out, his dream has come true as Mohit will be reportedly making his Bollywood debut with an untitled film directed by Abhishek Kapoor aka Gattu. The film, which is yet to be titled, has a star-studded cast that includes Ajay Devgn, Diana Penty, Raveena Tandon’s daughter Rasha Thadani and Ajay’s nephew Armaan Devgan among others. The film is touted to be one of the biggest and most anticipated of this year as it will launch several new faces like Mohit, Rasha, and Armaan.
A source close to the actor said, “Mohit Malik is ready to embark on a successful journey in films with Abhishek Kapoor’s next project. We have heard rumours about Mohit signing a three-film deal, although we cannot disclose much. We are not sure if it is with the same production house or a different one.”

More About Mohit Malik
Apart from television, Mohit has also done a web series called Cybervaar and he was also one of the contestants on the reality television show Khatron Ke Khiladi. In the latter, he was able to reach the final three position, but could not will the season. In the past, Abhishek Kapoor has worked with many television actors, the most famous one being the late Sushant Singh Rajput. Sushant was cast in Abhishek’s 2013 film Kai Po Che! while he was doing television. Apart from that, he has also worked with newcomer Sara Ali Khan in Kedarnath and Farhan Akhtar in Rock On.
