In a recent update, Vaani Kapoor, who was was roped in opposite Ayushmann Khurrana in Abhishek Kapoor’s love story will be playing a transgender character in her upcoming film. The makers yesterday announced that the film will be titled as Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui.
However, there is no official announcement on Vaani’s character but reports reveal that she is indeed stretching the gender dynamics to another level.
