The film industry is abuzz with excitement as August 15 approaches. This Independence Day, moviegoers will be spoilt for choice with the release of three major films: Stree 2, Vedaa, and Khel Khel Mein.
Last week saw the thrilling trailer launch of Stree 2, a horror-comedy starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao. The buzz around the film has only intensified with the release of its first song, “Aaj Ki Raat,” featuring Tamannaah Bhatia.
Recently, the makers of Khel Khel Mein unveiled the motion poster on July 23. The film’s excitement will ramp up further as the team prepares to release the song “Hauli Hauli” on July 25.
Meanwhile, Vedaa, starring John Abraham and Sharvari, is gearing up for its trailer launch.
Vedaa Trailer To Arrive By July 29
According to Bollywood Hungama, the trailer is scheduled to drop on July 29, provided all goes as planned. The film’s team is finalising details for a grand trailer launch event in Mumbai.
John Abraham, alongside Sharvari and director Nikkhil Advani, will grace the event, marking his first major media appearance since the success meet of Pathaan in early 2023.

Vedaa is produced by Zee Studios, Emmay Entertainment, and JA Entertainment. The film’s teaser was released on March 19, but its release date has been pushed from July 12 to August 15. On July 22, a new poster was revealed, affirming the Independence Day release.
As Vedaa prepares to enter the competitive landscape, it will face off against the highly anticipated Stree 2 and the intriguing Khel Khel Mein. With Shraddha Kapoor’s Stree 2 already generating significant buzz. The first song “Aaj Ki Raat” was dropped today and is already making waves on the internet.
