Meghna Gulzar is one of the most talented directors of Indian cinema. Recently she had delivered another iconic film, Chhapaak, starring Deepika Padukone.
If things went as plan Ranveer Singh would also be working with Meghna Gulzar in her next. Even though Ranveer was Meghna’s first and only choice to play Field Marshal Sam Maneksaw in the biopic.
According to the information, Ranveer kept delaying the script. Following this Meghna turned her sights on her Raazi hero Vicky Kaushal.
A source said, “After getting along so well with Deepika making Chhapaak and getting such an amazing performance out of her, Meghna is having second thoughts about the casting of the Manekshaw biopic. We can only wait and watch.”
