First Karan Johar’s Drive now Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s Shikara A Love letter From Kashmir will bee seen on the OTT platforms. It seems the filmmakers started a new trend to release film on OTT platforms rather then theaters.
After directing his last film Eklayva in 2007 this will be a comeback film for Chopra as a director. The film Shikara A Love letter From Kashmir will only be having an OTT release.
The story of the film is based on Kashmiri Pundits and their mass exodus. The film was supposed to get its release on 9th November in the film theatres. However, it was delayed till February 2020.
Now if we believe on the recent buzz, the film will directly to one of the popular streaming platforms on the online world.
Chopra is quite known for his produced films like 3 Idiots, PK and Sanju with Rajkumar Hirani. Talking about his current film Shikara it is a semi-autobiographical film that has brought Vinod Chopra to direction.
