Directed by K.S Ravindra, Waltair Veerayya stars Chiranjeevi, Shruti Haasan, Ravi Teja, Rohit Pathak and others. It is a tale between a fisherman and his friend, egoistic ACP Vikram Sagar IPS, who ceases Veerayya from smuggling goods. As per Sacnilk, its four-day collections are to be around Rs 16 crore. It had an occupancy of 69.93%> The day one on January 13 saw a whopping Rs 33 crore, and has now earned Rs 86.20 crore net.
Nandamuri Balakrishna starrer Veera Simha Reddy released on January 12, directed by Gopichand Malineni and Mythri Movie Makers as its production company. It collected Rs 9 crore on its fifth day in the theatres. The entire collections of the film amount to Rs 73.40 crore net.
