Actor Imran Khan, who made his Bollywood debut with the hit film Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na in 2008, has been away from the limelight for a long time. However, he recently surprised his fans with a rare appearance at the IFP Festival Season 13, where he sang the title track of his debut film and took everyone on a trip down memory lane.

The song was also featured in Imran’s film, where he sang it for his love interest Aditi, played by Genelia D’Souza. The romantic comedy, directed by Abbas Tyrewala, was a huge success and made Imran a popular star among the youth.

Imran Khan to make a Bollywood comeback
Imran, who was last seen in the 2015 film Katti Batti opposite Kangana Ranaut, has not announced any new project yet. However, he hinted at his return to films at the event and said, “I don’t have a clear answer, but I am reading scripts and having creative conversations with filmmakers. So hopefully, next year.”
According to some reports, Imran might reunite with his Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na director Abbas Tyrewala for a spy action-drama series for an OTT platform. The series is said to feature Imran as an intelligence officer in a different avatar from his usual chocolate boy roles.
Imran Khan is also known for his films like Delhi Belly, Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu and Gori Tere Pyaar Mein. He is the nephew of actor Aamir Khan and filmmaker Mansoor Khan.

Imran Khan made a rare appearance at an event in Mumbai this Sunday morning. The actor was dressed in a black t-shirt and crème pants, with black eye shades and white shoes. He had a water bottle and an eye shade case with him. He smiled at the paps and posed for photos with his fans.
While several fans gushed over him, many requested him to make a comeback soon. A fan wrote, “Give me a movie of Imran and Kareena,” another fan wrote, “Pls comeback Imran and save Bollywood.” A third fan wrote, “He looks so cool.”
