The jungle is getting louder, busier and far more chaotic. A fresh behind the scenes glimpse from Welcome to the Jungle has landed online, and the Akshay Kumar led entertainer is once again leaning into what the franchise has always sold best: confusion, comedy, noise and a room full of scene stealers trying to outdo one another.
Directed by Ahmed Khan, the film has been mounted as a theatrical entertainer built around chaos, crowd pleasing humour and franchise familiarity. The latest BTS drop has given fans another look at the energy on set, the scale of the staging and the packed star lineup coming together for the third film in the Welcome series.
Welcome To The Jungle Bts Sparks Fresh Buzz
The new BTS material has caught attention because it does not play like a polished promotional still. Instead, it leans into the controlled disorder of a massive comedy set, with Akshay Kumar and the ensemble surrounded by movement, banter and high energy staging. That tone is exactly what fans expect from a film carrying the Welcome title.
The online chatter has been visibly upbeat. Among the fan reactions doing the rounds, one comment read, “This film is going to rule 2025,” while another said, “Movie is going to roar like a tiger.” A third viewer wrote, “Ahmed Khan never disappoints,” and another summed up the mood with, “This is something big.”
Ahmed Khan has also addressed the film’s connection to the earlier instalments while speaking in an interview. He said, “So the thought was very different. If you see Welcome, it is a film that is regularly made, and there is nothing like a similar cast. Akshay (Kumar) was in the first one, John (Abraham) was in the second one, and now again Akshay is in the third one.So it was a complete 360-degree turnaround from the Welcome series. So it’s okay, people keep coming and going.”
Akshay Kumar And A Star Packed Theatrical Ride
Welcome to the Jungle is scheduled for a theatrical release on 26 June 2026. The film stars Akshay Kumar alongside Suniel Shetty, Paresh Rawal, Raveena Tandon, Arshad Warsi, Disha Patani, Jacqueline Fernandez, Shreyas Talpade, Tusshar Kapoor, Daler Mehndi, Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, Lara Dutta, Aftab Shivdasani and Jackie Shroff.
The production is associated with Firoz Nadiadwala’s banner, with listings also naming Star Studio18, Cape of Good Films, Seeta Films Production and Base Industries Group among the production companies. The film places its sprawling cast inside a heightened comic setup where misunderstandings, physical humour and big screen set pieces drive the chaos.
With its release now less than a month away from today, 29 May 2026, the BTS push gives Welcome to the Jungle noisy pre release momentum. For Akshay Kumar, it also marks a return to a franchise space strongly associated with his comic timing.
