Akshay Kumar’s Welcome To The Jungle is joining one of Bollywood’s most visible release strategies of 2026, with the comedy franchise film set to hold paid preview shows on June 25, a day before it opens worldwide in cinemas on June 26. Advance bookings opened today, giving the film an early runway as it heads into its big theatrical launch.

For a film carrying the weight of a long-running franchise and a sprawling ensemble, the early shows are clearly designed to tap into front-loaded demand from fans eager to catch the chaos before the wider Friday rollout.
Paid Previews Begin On June 25
The paid preview shows for Welcome To The Jungle will begin from 7.30 pm onwards on June 25. With bookings now open, the makers are aiming to convert curiosity around the franchise revival into strong pre-sales ahead of release.
Paid previews, once treated largely as a word-of-mouth mechanism, have increasingly become part of opening-day business strategy. The film is presented by A.A. Nadiadwala, Cape of Good Films and Star Studio18 in association with Seeta Films and Rakesh Dang. It is a Base Industries Group Production, produced by Rakesh Dang and Vedant Vikaas Baali, and produced by Firoz A. Nadiadwallah. As the title suggests, the film continues the madcap comic world of the Welcome series, this time mounted on a bigger scale with an even more crowded line-up of familiar faces.
