Yash’s Toxic Confirms 3 hours 15 Minutes Runtime Ahead Of March 19, 2026 Release

Yash is officially returning to the big screen on a scale that matches the expectations around his first film after KGF: Chapter 2, and the numbers now underline just how sprawling Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups is shaping up to be. After weeks of chatter around whether the film might actually be designed as a two-parter, one concrete detail has finally landed and it is the kind that instantly changes how you imagine the edit, the pacing, and the sheer ambition of the project.

Toxic Runtime Is 3 Hours 15 Minutes

As of February 26, 2026, Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups has a listed runtime of 3 hours and 15 minutes, which translates to 195 minutes. The runtime gains significance because the film’s team had already pushed back against online speculation that the Geetu Mohandas directorial was being mounted as a two-part saga, calling those claims factually incorrect.

The runtime also aligns with the film’s promise of an expansive, period-set gangster drama. The story is set across decades, spanning roughly the 1940s through the 1970s, and follows a man played by Yash who builds a drug cartel and a formidable criminal empire through violence and fear.

The film is scheduled to release theatrically on March 19, 2026, after being moved from its earlier April 10, 2025 date due to production delays tied to the project’s scale.

Yash’s Recent And Upcoming Work

Since then, Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups has been positioned as his next major theatrical outing and his return as a leading man.

Beyond Toxic, Yash has also been confirmed as part of Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana films, with Ramayana: Part 1 and Ramayana: Part 2 slated for release after Toxic, keeping him firmly in big-scale tentpole territory over the next release cycle.
