After Hindi film Khaali Peeli and Tamil film Ka Pae Ranasingam, Marathi film ‘Doctor-Doctor’ is also set to release on ZeePlex. The makers have recently released to the poster featuring Parth Bhalerao and Prathamesh.
Directed by Pritam SK Patil, the story of the film revolves around the rivalry between senior and junior students of a medical college.
Amol Kagane producer of the film will also be seen playing an important role in the movie. He was quoted as saying, “I am playing a negative rolein the movie. I am a senior student in the medical college who tries to indulge in ragging of new students Part Bhalerao and Prathamesh Parab. But unexpectedly both retaliate which sparks the rivalry among juniors and seniors. And what happens next is the movie about. It will be an out and out comedy film with pinch of adult comedy.”
He added, “We wanted to give some relief to the audience from the negativity that the pandemic and lockdown has brought.So, we decided to release the movie now. Once theatreopens, we will also plan for theatrical release.”
‘Doctor-Doctor’ is set to release on ZeePlex on 30 Oct 2020.
