The Tamil Nadu government has finally agreed to open the movie theatre with 100% occupancy. Since Vijay’s ‘Master‘ and Silambarasan’s ‘Eeswaran’ slated for a Pongal release this decision has come as a treat for the movie lovers as well as the theatre owners.
The Tamil Nadu Exhibitors’ Association has requested Chief Minister on TN to allow them to start the theatre with full occupancy.
Actor Vijay too had met the chief minister of Tamil Nadu Edapadi Palaniswami and requested for the same.
However, the COVID-19 safety regulations will remain the same including compulsory masks, frequent sanitization and social distancing.
