Telangana would be the first state to open theatres with 100 percent occupancy following Full Unlock without Night Curfew. Vaccines have previously been administered to about half of the eligible citizens.

Only a few theatres have reopened with 50 percent capacity limits, but a statewide reopening could happen on July 23/30. Even then, a significant number of theatres may remain closed until the Night Curfew is lifted, allowing all shows to take place.
