Thalapathy 69 Makers Welcome Pooja Hegde To Film’s Cast
The production company, KVN Productions, announced the news on social media. They wrote, “Bringing the stunning duo back to the big screen once again. We know you’ve already cracked it, but officially…Welcome onboard @hegdepooja.”
This message shows the enthusiasm surrounding their collaboration, especially since they previously teamed up in the successful film Beast.
In Beast, Pooja and Vijay showcased great chemistry, especially in the hit song “Arabic Kuthu,” also known as “Halamithi Habibo.” Their earlier success is building anticipation for Thalapathy 69.
H Vinoth directs the film. He debuted with Sathuranga Vettai in 2014 and has directed hits like Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru, Nerkonda Paarvai, Valimai, and Thunivu.
Besides Vijay and Pooja, Bollywood actor Bobby Deol and Malayalam star Mamitha Baiju will have key roles in the film. Anirudh Ravichander will compose the music for Thalapathy 69.

Currently, Pooja Hegde is busy with Suriya’s upcoming film, tentatively called Suriya 44. They are particularly excited for updates ahead of Suriya’s next film, Kanguva, set to release on November 14, 2024.
Pooja has also finished filming Deva, where she stars alongside Shahid Kapoor and Pavail Gulati, both playing cops. Directed by Rosshan Andrrews and produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur, Deva is scheduled to hit theatres on February 14, 2025.
Additionally, Pooja will appear in an action-thriller titled Sanki, where she stars opposite Ahan Shetty, known for his role in Tadap. Directed by Yasir Jah and Adnan A. Shaikh, this film adds to Pooja’s growing list of exciting projects.
