– Reema Chhabda
The most awaited film of the year, Dil Bechara, starring Sushant Singh Rajput and Sanjana Sanghi is finally releasing on Disney Plus Hotstar on 24th July. The music album of the film is backed by the music king AR Rahman. Let’s take a dig in to all the tracks of the film and review them.
Title Track
This is one of those AR Rahman songs which will stay with us even after years. On a laid back day, when you do not feel like doing anything but spend some time with yourself, you can just play this song in the background and you will be in that zone for good.
Taare Ginn
When we talk about AR Rahman songs, we expect everything to be good in it. Be it music or lyrics. But in this track, you will feel like you are liking the song because of its music but are lacking the attention to it because the lyrics are not up to the mark.
Khulke Jeene Ka
Amitabh Bhattacharya’s lyrics in this song is a bad combination to the amazing music of AR Rahman. The music will surely take you out of this world but the lyrics will bring you back to the reality of bad decisions.
The Horizon Of Saudade
This has to be my personal favorite from the album. The music of the song makes it perfect. It can be your go to song when you feel like listening to a song with good music.
Friendzone
Alright, so this song has already topped the list of a lot of youngsters it seems. This is a perfect song for today’s generation wherein teenage is struggling to get out of the friend zone and get into the love zone. This song seems to have a longer life than it deserves to be honest.
Mera Naam Kizie
If there wasn’t this song in the film, it would still be the same is what I can say about it. This definitely seems like a forcefully added track in the album.
Afreeda
This song is backed by very powerful voices of Sanaa Moussa and Raja Kumari and it surely is one of the best songs by AR Rahman as well. The Arabic touch in this song makes it different of all the earlier Rahman made songs and it surely will win your hearts.
Maskhari
Maskhari has its own fun rhythm. Although, the lyrics play a foul game here. However, Sunidhi Chauhan and Hriday Gattani’s enthusiasm saves it from becoming a flop.
Main Tumhara
If you are into sad songs, this one is for you. With all their hearts and souls, Hriday Gattani and Jonita Gandhi gave their voice to this one. Amitabh Bhattacharya’s lyrics in this will sadden your heart, he meant to write it for that though.
