Arjun Kapoor, John Abraham, Tara Sutaria and Disha Patani starrer Ek Villain Returns was expected to do some sort of business at the box office and break the dry spell at the box office. That’s what film has done as the film opened to good numbers of 7.05 cr nett in domestic market and then managed to register slim growth despite mixed reviews.
These mass films are generally critic-proof and that is why film collected 7.47 cr nett on Saturday with a 6% growth from Friday. Ek Villain Returns again grew well on Sunday with 9.02 cr nett number and thus finished the weekend with 23.54 cr nett which is a fairly good result for the film.
Film added 3.02 cr nett on Monday which was a good hold. Film again collected 2.40 cr nett on Tuesday. Film has total of 28.96 cr nett in 5- days and it will finish with 32 cr nett week one.

As expected, the film dropped on Monday and kind of dropped big by more than 50%. The film collected 3.02 cr nett on Monday and 2.40 cr on Tuesday. The film has a 5-day total of 28 plus cr nett in domestic business. Week one will be 32 cr nett domestic, 39 cr gross domestic and overseas 8 cr.

The film sprung a real surprise in the overseas market and collected 345k $ on Friday itself which was amazingly good. The film collected 600k $ plus over the weekend and should cross 1 million $ by end of week one if not by Wednesday.
