Director Abhishek Kapoor, who is popularly known to bring out an actor’s highest potential on the screen, has been in the latest news headlines for directing the Kartik Aaryan starrer ‘Captain India’ after director Hansal Mehta has switched his focus to some other film projects.
Kartik Aaryan is all set to make his entry on the big screens with not just one or two but five films like ‘Freddy’, ‘Captain India’, ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’, ‘Shehzada’ and Sajid Nadiadwala’s untitled next.
Produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Harman Baweja, with Baweja Studios’ Vicky Bahri as a Co-Producer and RSVP’s Sonia Kanwar serving as the Associate Producer, ‘Captain India’ will go on floors early next year.
Kartik will now be learning to fly for Captain India, in which he plays a pilot.
The story is inspired from India’s biggest and most successful rescue missions from a war-torn country.
