The film is a light-hearted rom-com genre against an urban backdrop that follows a middle-aged software employee who endures several heartbreaks in his quest to find his true love.
After collecting 1.25 crores on Friday, Antim – The Final Truth had a fair hold on Monday as 80 lakhs came in.
However, the film might slope down at the box office due to the release of Sajid Nadiadwala’s Tadap starring Ahan Shetty and Tara Sutaria. Tadap was released yesterday with a way better opening than John Abraham starrer Satyameva Jayate 2 and Salman Khan starrer Antim.
Despite having Akshay Kumar’s hit film Sooryavanshi at the Box Office, the film managed to grow steadily because of the Salman Khan hype. However, the film opened on an average number by collecting 5.03 cr on its first day and now the film has collected 29.35 cr. nett total in a week.
Overall, the film is heading for a 35 cr nett lifetime finish as it grew over the weekend but because of low initial, it will go nowhere considering the presence of superstar Salman Khan.
