The first installment of Khuda Haafiz was released directly on OTT during the lockdown and as it happened with most of direct to digital films, it was considered hit by makers (though it doesn’t feature in top 10 list films on that particular OTT).
Now it’s second part is ready to release, but this time it will have a theatrical release which is a big risk and it seems like a mistake.
Heropanti 2, Nikamma and Rashtra Kavach OM bombed at the box office and all three were similar mindless action entertainer though Vidyut considers himself bigger than Tiger Shroff but sadly ground reliables are different.
The film will struggle in urban centers anyways due to release of mammoth Thor on Wednesday midnight itself so even 2 cr nett on Friday will be a challenge.
Khuda Haafiz 2 will finish under 15 cr nett lifetime which is poor performance.
