Chhaava with Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead, and helmed by Laxman Utekar, is all set to release in theatres today. The film has already recorded an astounding number of advanced bookings with over Rs 7 lakh tickets sold including 2.22 lacs in national chains for day one.

The film also had a grand music launch with the cast and the music maestro AR Rahman in Mumbai recently. Chhaava Jumps Big Over Weekend
Vicky Kaushal took a solid start today on day one. Film has crossed 14.80 crore gross in national chains by 11 pm and it easily surpassed 33.10 crore net on day one. This is the biggest opening for a historical drama.
Film jumped on day two by 20% and collected 39.30 crore net. This was exceptional trend considering day one was boosted by Valentine’s Day. On day three, film collected 49.03 crore with further 25% growth. Growth was across the board and it’s no more Maharashtra centric film.
Film has 3 – day total of 121.43 crore net and this is already a super hit result for the film. It will hold solid on weekdays and it will take it to blockbuster number.
