Nawazuddin has delivered strings of flops at box office as solo lead. ‘Motichoor Chaknachoor’ met the same fate despite limited appreciation.
Film started poorly and clash with ‘Marjaavan’ made it worse. Film collected poor 30 lacs nett on Friday followed by decent jump but that was not enough considering such a low Friday. Film collected 50 lacs nett on Saturday. Film again jumped on Sunday and collected 60 lacs nett on Sunday. Film dropped further on Monday and collected 20 lacs nett.
Motichoor Chaknachoor had 4 day collection of 1.60 cr nett and will struggle to cross 2.25 cr nett lifetime. It will fail to recover its p & a cost. Disaster!
