Akshay Kumar starrer Samrat Prithviraj collected 3.60 cr nett on Wednesday which is further drop from Tuesday. The film kept dropping on every weekday after strictly below par weekend of 39 cr nett plus.
This YRF production has 6 – day total of 52.25 cr nett and film will finish week one with 56 cr nett which is poor. The film has joined list of epic flops like Bombay Velvet And this also marks end of golden run of Akshay Kumar with some back to back flops and now finally a disaster.
Samrat Prithviraj will end up with lifetime total of less than 65 cr nett which means huge losses for Akshay Kumar and YRF.

Samrat Prithviraj, previously named Prithviraj, stars Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, Sonu Sood, Ashutosh Rana, Manav Vij, and Sakshi Tanwar, and introduces ex-Miss World Manushi Chhillar. It is produced by Aditya Chopra of YRF. It will be released in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu on June 3rd.
