Faruk Kabir wrote and directed Khuda Haafiz Chapter 2: Agni Pariksha, Chapter 2. This Vidyut Jammwal starrer movie is a sequel to 2020’s Khuda Haafiz, which was released on Disney+ Hotstar in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. With Shivaleeka Oberoi as a co-star, Faruk Kabir is the director of both movies.
Vidyut Jamwal has a very interesting filmography because his debut film was best in terms of quality as well as collections.
Since then he challenged himself with daredevil stunts and actions but cliche plots, mediocre directors and pathetic co-actors ensured that not a single film made an impact which was needed for his career to go to another level.
Khuda Haafiz Chapter 2 Agni Pariksha started badly and despite some sort of jumps over weekend due to Eid, film managed poor 6 cr weekend and 11 cr nett week one.
The film dropped heavily and collected 1.39 cr nett over 2nd weekend and it’s heading for 14 cr nett lifetime. It will have theatrical share of 6 cr against 12.50 cr paid by Panorama to Zee for all India theatrical so loss of more than 50%.

A film with so much push, marketing and hype manages under 15-17 cr nett lifetime only and that’s a failure.
Khuda Haafiz Chapter 2 is written and directed by Faruk Kabir and produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak, Sneha Bimal Parekh and Ram Mirchandani under the banner of Panorama Studios. The film is a heartwrenching tale of a couple who lost their daughter to rapists.
