EXCLUSIVE: Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal Witnesses First Distinct Drop, Still Crosses MASSIVE 300 Cr Nett Hindi And 563 Cr Worldwide! Blockbuster

Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal released in cinemas on December 1st and anticipation for the film was all over. Film is 3 hours 21 minutes long and is releasing with ‘A’ certificate. Despite these shortcomings, amazing trailer and fantastic songs have done the trick.

Film has scored amazing numbers in advance bookings in India and overseas. Despite mixed reviews and expected polarised opinions, film has scored historic day one, weekend and week one globally, only third to Pathaan and Jawan. Film is continuing it’s march at box office on weekdays.

Animal Is On Course For 500 Crore Nett Plus Lifetime India

Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal took earth shattering start at box office. Film is performing outstandingly well all over in India and overseas. Film crossed 24.40 cr nett in national chains on day one. It crossed 54.75 cr nett Hindi on day one. Film added 9.05 cr nett in Tamil & Telugu with all india all language number of 63.80 cr nett. Film remained 3rd behind Shah Rukh Khan starrers Jawan and Pathaan in terms day one number in India in Hindi language.

Film collected 116 cr worldwide gross on day one which is only 2nd to SRK’s Jawan day 1 worldwide gross of 129.60 cr. 

On day two, film took blistering start and certain to jump by 20-25% if this pace continues. Film collected 58.37 cr nett day two in Hindi and all India 67.27 cr nett including Tamil & Telugu. Film collected 120 cr worldwide gross.

Film crossed 63.46 cr nett on Sunday in Hindi and 70.69 cr nett all languages all India. Film scored 176.58 cr nett Hindi and 201.76 cr nett all languages all India number. Film registered 356 cr worldwide gross over weekend. 

Film was expected to hold well on day 4 Monday and that is what happened. Film dropped by 35% which is very good hold after such a massive weekend. Film crossed 40.06 cr nett Hindi, 44.47 cr nett all languages on day 4. Film was rock solid on day 5 with 10% drop and crossed 34.02 cr nett Hindi and 37.82 cr nett all languages. Film held strong and dropped by 12-15% on day 6 with 27.80 cr nett Hindi and 30.45 cr nett all languages. Film witnesses first drop of run on day 7 and collected 22.35 cr nett Hindi and 24 cr nett all languages.

Film crossed 300.81 cr nett Hindi, 338.63 cr nett all languages India and 563.30 crore worldwide gross. It’s a mammoth blockbuster and will cross 500 cr nett Hindi for sure as film will do huge business in 2nd weekend.
