Akshay Kumar & Tiger Shroff starrer Bade Miyan Chote Miyan was struggling with one average song after another followed by below par trailer. Though the film is one of the highly anticipated movies of 2024 in terms of budget and cast but scenario looks bleak.
Ajay Devgn starrer Maidaan is a content film which is high on emotions with patriotic fervour. None of the song from the film became chartbuster but good reviews can give film legs for long run.
Maidaan Beats Bade Miyan Chote Miyan On Day Three In Ticket Sales
Ajay Devgn starrer Maidaan has taken disastrous start and collected only 9.50 – 10 crore nett in two days including paid preview and that too during Eid holidays. Bade Miyan Chote Miyan is going through the same fate and collected 22 crore nett in 2 days.
Now on day three morning, Maidaan has beaten Bade Miyan Chote Miyan on Bookmyshow app. Maidaan has sold 8.21k tickets in last one hour and BMCM has sold only 5.46k tickets in last one hour.
Either ways, both films are heading for disaster verdict.

Ajay would be essaying the role of Syed Abdul Rahim to tell the story of this unsung hero who was responsible for taking Indian football to new heights and winning accolades for the country. The team at that time comprised of illustrious players like Chunni Goswami, PK Banerjee, Balaram, Franco, and Arun Ghosh.
Maidaan is directed by Amit Sharma and backed by Boney Kapoor, Akash Chawla, Arunava Joy Sengupta, and Zee Studios. The film stars Ajay Devgn as football coach Syed Abdul Rahim and will focus on India’s golden football period between 1952–1962. Priyamani, Gajraj Rao, and Rudranil Ghosh also appear in supporting roles. The film was initially slated to release on 23 June this year but was again postponed. However, now people are hopeful that it will finally see the light of day after multiple delays.
