Spiderman Brand New Day Races To ₹471.68 Crore In India, Weekend Jump Keeps ₹500 Crore Target Alive

Spider-Man: Brand New Day has delivered the kind of third weekend that keeps a blockbuster firmly in the conversation. After a strong Saturday and a steady Sunday, the film has now reached ₹471.68 crore nett in India across all versions, a total that underlines its staying power deep into week three despite fresh competition and a slight trimming of screens and shows.

Spider – Man Brand New Day [Week 3] Fri 3.90 cr, Sat 10.40 cr, Sun 9.60 cr. Total: ₹ 471.68 cr. 450 NOT OUT, NEARS 475. Spider – Man Brand New Day remains a major force, despite the #Awarapan2 wave, coupled with a slight reduction in screens and shows. The growth on Saturday and Sunday proves that film has enough stamina to hit the ₹ 500 cr mark.

Third Weekend Keeps The ₹500 Crore Chase Alive

The trajectory has remained notably strong from the outset. Spider-Man: Brand New Day collected ₹336 crore in its extended first week of eight days, followed by ₹111.78 crore in week two. The latest ₹23.90 crore from weekend three has taken the cumulative India nett total to ₹471.68 crore, placing the film within touching distance of another major benchmark.

What is especially notable in the latest frame is the weekend pattern itself. Friday began at ₹3.90 crore, Saturday climbed sharply to ₹10.40 crore, and Sunday added ₹9.60 crore. For a film already in its third weekend, that kind of weekend growth reflects a sturdy theatrical hold and indicates that the title is continuing to command meaningful occupancy even as newer releases enter the market.

Spider-Man Brand New Day Cast, Release Context And Box Office Hold

That hold becomes even more significant in the context of the film’s release timeline. Spider-Man: Brand New Day opened in cinemas on July 31, 2026, and has remained one of the biggest theatrical attractions in India through August. Its continued momentum now gives added weight to the scale it arrived with as a major Marvel and Sony release.

Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, Spider-Man: Brand New Day stars Tom Holland, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Sadie Sink, Jon Bernthal, Mark Ruffalo and Tramell Tillman. The film was produced by Marvel Studios, Columbia Pictures and Pascal Pictures, and positioned as the next chapter in Peter Parker’s story after Spider-Man: No Way Home.

The film follows Peter Parker in the aftermath of the events that reshaped his world in Spider-Man: No Way Home, carrying the character into a more grounded phase while retaining franchise-scale spectacle. With weekday business now under sharper focus, the next few days will determine how quickly this strong third-weekend base converts into the film’s next major India box office milestone.
