Film Has Performed Better In India
In India, the film has done decently in the northern belt, grossing over Rs 640 crore, but in the Telugu states, it has barely crossed Rs 200 crore. The film’s performance could have been better, but steep ticket prices have taken a toll, both domestically and overseas.
Even though it’s profitable in places like Telangana, the film’s overall earnings have been impacted by inflated ticket costs, raising questions about how much more could have been made under different circumstances.
Additionally, Allu Arjun’s connection to the Sandhya Theatre stampede case has brought unexpected attention to Pushpa 2. The controversy has caused personal disappointment for him. Today, he is meeting with the Hyderabad police about his bail application. The outcome of the situation is still uncertain.
