Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor are coming together for the first time in the romantic comedy titled Param Sundari.
The film’s character & motion poster have already caught attention with the chemistry between the two stars sparking interest online. Set to release on July 25, 2025, the film promises to be a fun ride.

Maddock Films, Sidharth and Janhvi shared the motion poster on Instagram, with the caption: “North ka swag, South ki grace – two worlds collide and sparks fly. Dinesh Vijan presents #ParamSundari, a love story directed by Tushar Jalota, coming to cinemas on 25th July 2025. Meet the suave Sidharth Malhotra as Param and the vivacious Janhvi Kapoor as Sundari.”
The individual character posters were also dropped.
The poster shows Sidharth as a charming North Indian guy and Janhvi as a graceful South Indian girl, hinting at an exciting cultural clash. Some fans are even comparing it to Chennai Express because of the cross-cultural romance.
Although the plot details remain scarce, fans are already excited about the pairing of Sidharth and Janhvi. Both actors have different acting styles, and their chemistry is something fans are looking forward to.
Sidharth And Janhvi’s Work Front
On his professional front, Sidharth has more films lined up. He recently teased his upcoming folk thriller Vvan-Force of the Forest, with the motion poster quickly going viral. The film, set for release in 2025, is about a man in a dhoti running through a forest holding a fire stand.
Sidharth shared his excitement on Instagram and wrote, “Excited to be part of this folk thriller, with a powerhouse team, directed by @arunabhkumar and @deepakmishra18. Can’t wait for you all to experience ‘VVAN – Force of the Forest’ on the big screen in 2025.” The film is expected to release during Chhath in 2025.
Meanwhile, Janhvi Kapoor is enjoying success in both Bollywood and South cinema. Her last film, Devara – Part 1, in which she starred with Jr NTR and Saif Ali Khan, was a hit and earned her critical praise. Next, she will be working with Varun Dhawan in Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, a romantic drama directed by Shashank Khaitan and produced by Dharma Productions. The film, also starring Maniesh Paul, Rohit Saraf, and Sanya Malhotra, is set for release on April 18, 2025.
