The Paradise Drops Hard On Weekdays, Nani Starrer Grosses Rs 113 Crore In 6 Days

A roaring start has given way to a clear weekday slowdown for The Paradise. After opening on a huge note, the Nani-led film has seen its momentum drop sharply through Monday and Tuesday, taking its six-day India gross to Rs 113.25 crore. The film still has a healthy first-week total in sight, but the trend has turned far more front-loaded than its opening suggested.

The Latest Box Office Update

The Paradise collected around Rs 4.50 crore gross on Tuesday, down from Rs 5.75 crore on Monday. That takes the film’s six-day India total to Rs 113.25 crore gross. The day-wise run so far stands at Rs 49.75 crore on Thursday, Rs 17.50 crore on Friday, Rs 17.50 crore on Saturday, Rs 18.25 crore on Sunday, Rs 5.75 crore on Monday, and Rs 4.50 crore on Tuesday.

The bigger talking point is the pace of the decline. After holding reasonably across the opening weekend, the film lost ground sharply once the weekdays began. From its opening day to Tuesday, the drop has been steep, underlining that the initial rush was considerably stronger than its sustaining power through the week.

Even so, the extended first week is still headed toward the Rs 120 crore mark, which keeps the overall opening stretch sizeable in absolute terms. The question now is whether the film can stabilise in its second weekend and convert its strong start into a longer theatrical run.

The Day Wise Box Office Collections for The Paradise in India are as follows:

Thursday 49.75 cr

Friday 17.50 cr

Saturday 17.50 cr

Sunday 18.25 cr

Monday 5.75 cr

Tuesday 4.50 cr

Total Rs. 113.25 cr.

Nizam Leads As Andhra Softens

The strongest contribution continues to come from the home market. Out of the Rs 113.25 crore India gross, AP/TS has delivered Rs 88.25 crore, with Nizam alone accounting for Rs 50.75 crore. Ceded has added Rs 9.50 crore, while Andhra stands at Rs 28 crore.

Outside the Telugu states, Karnataka has contributed Rs 10.50 crore, Tamil Nadu and Kerala together have added Rs 4 crore, and the rest of India has brought in another Rs 10.50 crore. The numbers show that while Nizam has stayed comparatively stronger, the Andhra belt has cooled much more quickly during the weekdays.

The Film’s Cast And Crew

The Paradise is a 2026 Telugu film directed by Srikanth Odela and produced by Sri Lakshmi Venkateshwara Cinemas. The cast is led by Nani, with Raghav Juyal, Kayadu Lohar, Mohan Babu, Sonali Kulkarni and Easwari Rao among the credited ensemble. The music is by Anirudh Ravichander.

The film is mounted as a large-scale commercial drama, with Nani playing Jadal. Its nearly three-hour runtime and broad multilingual release signalled big ambitions from the outset, and its opening day collections reflected that scale.

Nani’s Recent And Upcoming Work

For Nani, The Paradise arrives after a busy run that has kept him firmly in the commercial spotlight. His recent releases include Saripodhaa Sanivaaram in 2024 and HIT: The 3rd Case in 2025, both of which reinforced his standing as one of Telugu cinema’s most bankable stars. He was also associated as a producer with Court: State Vs A Nobody in 2025.

As of September 30, 2026, The Paradise is his latest released theatrical title. On the production front, he also has projects lined up as producer beyond his acting slate, reflecting a career phase that continues to expand both on screen and behind the scenes.
