With that run, Avengers: Endgame has emerged as the highest-grossing Hollywood re-release in India, moving past Interstellar. The feat once again highlights the enduring theatrical pull of Marvel’s biggest crossover title, which continues to attract audiences on the strength of scale, emotion, and repeat-watch appeal.

That challenge gets more interesting from Friday, when Drishyam: The Conclusion arrives in cinemas and begins competing for screens and show timings. For Avengers: Endgame, the key question is no longer whether the encore worked, but how far this strong start can carry it once fresh competition enters the market.
