Here’s How It Started
Their statement came after multiple reports claimed Gulkanda Tales had been shelved due to rising costs and controversial content. On Tuesday, Bollywood Hungama reported that Prime Video had pulled the plug on the series.
Meanwhile, Peeping Moon alleged that Rakt Bramhand was facing financial trouble, with its executive producer accused of misappropriating Rs 2–3 crore from the production budget.
Despite these claims, Raj & DK have made it clear that their projects are moving forward as planned.
About Gulkanda Tales, Rakt Bramhand And Family Man 3
Gulkanda Tales is a period sex comedy featuring Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, and Kunal Kemmu. Created by Raj & DK, the show blends history with its signature dark humour and promises an entertaining ride.
Meanwhile, Rakt Bramhand is their first action fantasy series, directed by Rahi Anil Barve. The show will introduce viewers to a high-stakes, visually striking world filled with intense action and gripping storytelling.
On the other hand, The Family Man 3 will bring back Manoj Bajpayee as Srikant, the undercover agent dealing with a major national security crisis. This season will also explore his struggles to balance work with his strained relationship with his wife, Suchitra, played by Priyamani. The new season is set to premiere later this year on Prime Video.
