Kapil Sharma & Neetu Kapoor Team Up For A Family Comedy
Box Office Worldwide has exclusively learnt that Kapil Sharma and Neetu Kapoor are teaming up for a family comedy titled Daadi Ki Shaadi. This film will be directed by Akshay Kumar‘s Khiladi 786 director Ashish R Mohan & is expected to deliver loads of laughs with a touching story.
The movie will also feature Sadia Khateeb, known for her roles in Shikara and Akshay Kumar’s Raksha Bandhan. While the plot details are still under wraps, the title hints at a lively tale about family, wedding, and all the drama that comes with it.
Filming Schedule & Shooting Locations
Sources tell us that the film will begin shooting in mid-February and is scheduled to wrap up by April. Most of the scenes will be shot in Shimla, with additional shoots planned in Chandigarh, Delhi, and Mumbai.
Ashish R Mohan, the director behind Khiladi 786 and the comedy Welcome to Karachi, is known for his knack for high-energy family comedies. With Daadi Ki Shaadi, he promises to bring a crowd-pleaser film.
Kapil Sharma & Neetu Kapoor’s Work Front
Neetu Kapoor was last seen in Jug Jugg Jeeyo. She is reportedly working on a film called Letters to Mr Khanna.
Meanwhile, Kapil made a special appearance in the hit film Crew, He continues to entertain audiences with his Netflix comedy show, The Kapil Sharma Show. Besides this, a sequel of his Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon is also in the works.
