Karan Johar and Kartik Aaryan are all set to team up for a new romantic comedy titled Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri. The film, which was first announced last Christmas, has had fans eagerly speculating about the leading lady opposite Aaryan.
After initial rumours surrounding Pushpa 2 star Sreeleela, recent reports suggested that the competition for the role is now between Sharvari Wagh and Ananya Panday.

Box Office Worldwide have learnt from close sources that Karan Johar and Kartik Aaryan have been in deep discussions about the female lead. While Ananya Panday, who is already involved in two other Dharma Productions films, was considered, it looks like Sharvari Wagh is now the front-runner for the role.
Ananya is set to star alongside Akshay Kumar and R Madhavan in a film about C Sankaran Nair, and she also has the romantic drama Chand Mera Dil with Lakshya. Given these commitments, Sharvari has become the most preferred choice.
Sharvari made her debut in Bunty Aur Babli 2 & has been gaining significant attention for her work since then. If confirmed, this pairing with Kartik Aaryan would mark a fresh dynamic for audiences.

This film, directed by Sameer Vidwans, who is known for Satyaprem Ki Katha, promises to be a fun-filled rom-com. It will be produced by Karan Johar, Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, Shareen Mantri Kedia, and Kishor Arora under the banners of Dharma Productions and Namah Pictures. The film is scheduled for release in 2026, and expectations are high.
