Vikram Vedha stars Saif Ali Khan, Hritik Roshan, Rohit Saraf and Radhika Apte. It is directed by Pushkar-Gayathri. Vishal and Shekhar have worked on its music. It has reportedly been made with a budget of 175 crore.
As it nears release date on September 30, let us analyse the film’s both sides:
The original film had Vikram as protagonist and Vijay Sethupati as Vedha, surprisingly. However, in this, Vedha plays the protagonist.
The film is not a remake of a Tamil film released in 2017 but more of an adaptation.
It is without any glam factor as others since it doesn’t have a big commercial leading actress in film. What’s more disappointing is that Radhika Apte is not seen in promos and songs.
The film’s song doesn’t have a massy feel as it seems dark. It has only a couple of songs, implying dry action drama.
Hritik Roshan’s War opened to massive numbers at the box office.
It’s called the remake of a critically acclaimed film.
Not to forget that it’s a solo Hindi release as the festive week comes ahead, considering October 2 holiday and Ram Navami holiday in week one, making chances of the film to do well.
Film is trending well to open around 14-15 but 20 cr nett opening day will be an ideal result.
