Christopher Nolan’s Tenet Becomes 3rd Highest Grossing Film Of 2020 Worldwide

Slow and steady wins the race, well this saying perfectly fits for Chris Nolan’s Tenet which has passed $300 million at the worldwide box office. The film in its 6th weekend earned $14.7 million overseas and $2.7 million domestic for a new $45.1 million domestic and $307 million worldwide cume.

According to the reports the film remained on the top in the domestic box office, entirely by default, for the fifth-straight weekend. The reports also suggests that then Sci-fi has done a total business of $307.1 million till the end of the sixth weekend. The film completed 5 weekends, in US with a total of $45.1 million and internationally it has accumulated $262 million.

Tenet defeated Sonic The Hedgehog which earned $306.8 million to become 3rd highest-grossing film of 2020 globally. It had also crossed Robert Downey Jr’s Dolittle which did a worldwide business of $245.3 million.

While the film is still struggling to pass Bad Boys for Life which is at $424.6 million.

Tenet stars John David Washington, Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, Dimple Kapadia and others.

The film has been shot across seven countries including India, the US, the UK, Denmark, Estonia, Italy, and Norway.
