Isn’t that right…Batman?” has drived everyone crazy and it’s already a meme template in the social media. No iteration of the Joker has ever said the phrase on film (even though there was a petition to have Joaquin Phoenix do so in 2019’s Joker) but it’s hugely popular online to express displeasure over a comparable situation, these days mostly done sarcastically .
