Bollywood actress Kajol took to social media to celebrate the 30th anniversary of her film Baazigar, which also starred Shah Rukh Khan and Shilpa Shetty.

Kajol shares nostalgic pictures from Baazigar
She posted some unseen pictures from the sets of the film and wrote a heartfelt caption, recalling her firsts and the fun moments she had with the cast and crew.
“#Baazigar completes 30 years.. This set was a whole lot of firsts .. The first time I worked with Saroj Ji, the first time I met @iamsrk . The first time I met @The_AnuMalik … and me all of 17 when I started the film .. Abbas bhai and Mustan bhai actually treated me with all the indulgence of a favourite child. And how can I forget @therealXT, @iamjohnylever @TheShilpaShetty ..
So many good memories and unstoppable laughter .. 😆 To this day, every song and dialogue brings a huge smile to my face ..

Baazigar featured SRK in a negative role for first time
Baazigar, directed by Abbas-Mustan, was a thriller that featured Shah Rukh Khan in a negative role for the first time. The film was a super hit at the box office and also received critical acclaim for its story, screenplay and performances. The film was known for its popular songs like “Yeh Kaali Kaali Aankhein”, “Baazigar O Baazigar” and “Kitaben Bahut Si”, composed by Anu Malik.
Kajol played the role of Priya Chopra, the daughter of a businessman who is killed by Shah Rukh’s character Ajay Sharma. Shilpa Shetty played the role of Seema Chopra, Priya’s sister and Ajay’s first love interest, who is also murdered by him. The film marked Shilpa’s debut in Bollywood as well.
Baazigar was also the first collaboration between Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol, who went on to become one of India’s most beloved on-screen couples. They later starred in blockbuster films like Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham and My Name Is Khan.
