For his film Laal Singh Chaddha, actor Aamir Khan recently shot amid the magnificent landscapes of Ladakh. The actor, along with director Rajkumar Hirani and producer Mahaveer Jain, is set to meet with Hon. Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Shri Manoj Sinha Ji in Srinagar tomorrow, August 5th, 2021, to announce a new film policy aimed at making Kashmir a popular shooting location.

Imtiaz Ali, Nitesh Tiwari, Dinesh Vijan, Ekta Kapoor, Ashwiny Iyer, and Sanjay Tripathy, led by Producer Mahaveer Jain, met Hon. LG Mr. Sinha Ji and Principle Secretary to the LG Mr. Nitishwar Ji in Mumbai and shared their suggestions for drafting this new film policy to encourage film-shooting in Jammu and Kashmir.
