Film producer Mahaveer Jain, renowned for supporting projects like Ram Setu and Good Luck Jerry, recently praised Bollywood actor Aamir Khan. He fondly recalled an incident from the 1990s when Aamir exhibited remarkable courage by refusing to attend a party organized by the underworld, despite the prevailing influence they held over the film industry. At that time, it was customary for all film stars to comply with such invitations and travel to the Middle East for these events. However, Aamir Khan steadfastly upheld his principles, even at the risk of his own safety.
Aamir Khan’s unwavering commitment to his principles was evident when he declined to endorse several brands during his tenure on the television show Satyamev Jayate. According to the film producer, for a span of nearly three years, Aamir refrained from promoting around four to five brands that he was previously associated with. This decision stemmed from his belief that Satyamev Jayate was a show of utmost gravity, and featuring his advertisements in the midst of it would diminish its seriousness. Therefore, he made the conscious choice to relinquish all endorsement opportunities.
Mahaveer Jain described Aamir Khan as a person who doesn’t chase after fame, money, or power. He mentioned that Aamir is often misunderstood by the public, and the perception of him on social media doesn’t reflect who he truly is. Mahaveer Jain believes that Aamir Khan is a wonderful human being, and anyone who knows him personally would agree.
Aamir Khan, who was most recently seen in the movie Laal Singh Chaddha, has not disclosed his upcoming project as of now. During a recent event, the actor expressed that he will only commit to a film when he feels emotionally prepared for it. Aamir stated that he hasn’t officially signed any film yet and is currently focusing on spending quality time with his family. He affirmed that once he reaches the desired emotional state, he will enthusiastically embark on his next cinematic venture.
