Following a poster reveal that serves up delicious visual suggestions of romance, we have now been treated to a heart-rending teaser — and it is exactly everything that romance lovers were dreaming of.

Vishal Mishra’s background music steals the show in the teaser as it flows like a river throughout the narrative, supporting the feelings of longing, heartbreak, and connection. The teaser promises a soundtrack that could become a fan favourite for those who love relatable ballads and lyrical stories.
Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan also has a visual style that is comprised of soft lighting, sepia-coloured frames, and rain-soaked roads to not only support the emotional canvas of the film and one of the film’s theoretical seasons, the monsoon, but also Bollywood’s favourite metaphor for romance.
Production and Creative Team
Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan is being produced by Zee Studios and Mini Films, directed by Santosh Singh, and has been written and produced by Mansi Bagla with co-production by Varun Bagla. The production house appears to want to continue supporting fresh content that relies on narrative, and in this case, the finished film appears it will be no different.
If Vikrant Massey continues to offer believable authenticity and Shanaya Kapoor offers fresh, new-age innocence, this film could very likely be the emotional romantic film offering of the year.
