Helmed by Anurag Basu, Aashiqui 3 is an upcoming romantic film starring Kartik Aaryan. It has Pritam as music composer. It is a sequel to Aashiqui that was released in 1990. Aashiqui and Aashiqui 2 performed well at the Box-Office.
The latest bollywood news is that makers are in contact with Sara Ali Khan to cast her leading lady opposite Kartik in Aashiqui 3, according to Bollywood Hungama, and makers have began hunt for the third lead. If it finalises, the duo will have second collaboration after after Imtiaz Ali’s Love Aaj Kal in 2020.
Kartik last starred in Rohit Dhawan’s Shehzada, which has been running in theatres across the country. His upcoming film is Kiara Advani starrer Satyaprem Ki Katha. Sara will will be next star in ‘Gaslight’ opposite Vikrant Massey, Maddock’s upcoming opposite Vicky Kaushal, ‘Ae Watan Mere Watan’ and others.
