Abhishek Bachchan is one of the most underrated celebrities in Bollywood. The actor has been working in the industry for over two decades and has delivered some incredible performances in films like the Dhoom franchise, Guru and Bob Biswas. Recently, it has been announced that Jr. Bachchan has bagged a film by none other than director Shoojit Sircar.

Abhishek will be completing 23 years in Bollywood on June 30 as his debut film Refugee was released in the theatre in the year 2000. Now he will be doing a film with Shoojit Sircar. Reportedly, its filming will begin in the month of August. In the past, Abhishek’s father Amitabh Bachchan has worked closely with Shoojit on a number of projects. This includes several ads for Gujarat Tourism as well as two films, Piku and Shoebite. While the former was a major critical and commercial hit, the latter new saw a release. It has been a while since Abhishek had a theatrical release. His last film to release in the theatre was the 2018 Manmarziyaan.

Abhishek Bachchan’s Future Projects
Abhishek Bachchan has recently finished his work on SSS7, which is a remake of the Tamil film Oththa Seruppu Size 7. The film will be a unique feat for his fans he will be the only actor to feature in the project. Apart from this, he will also feature in the Hindi remake of the Tamil film KD. He has also finished the shooting of a dance film directed by Remo D’Souza. It is reportedly titled Dance Dad.
