Recently it was reported that Kriti Sanon has joined Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan in Adipurush. Directed by Om Raut, the first choice for the film was Deepika Padukone, however, since Deepika is already doing a film with Prabhas which is an untitled Telugu venture directed by Nag Ashwini, the Adipurush team eventually decided to go for a fresh pair.
The team wanted to get an influential face for the film. As per the reports Kriti is super-excited to be filling in the mythological space for the first time. The actress will play Sita Mata with the full conviction of a true devotee.
As per the reports Kriti Sanon is expected to give up non-vegetarian food during the time when Adipurush would be shot.
