Adipurush starring pan-India star Prabhas in the lead role is aiming for January 12, 2023 release. Touted as a mythological drama, the film is directed by Bollywood filmmaker Om Raut. The film is currently at the post-production stage.
In the film, Prabhas will be seen in the Lord Rama role. Co-starring Kriti Sanon, Sunny Singh and Saif Ali Khan in goddess Sita, Laxmana and Lankesh roles respectively, the film’s promotional tour is expected to kick-start from October.
Meanwhile, speaking about the film in one of her recent interviews noted heroine Sonal Chauhan who will be seen in a key role said that the Indian cinema will be segregated as before Adipurush and after Adipurush after the release of this magnificent drama based on Ramayan. She also heaped praises on the film’s director Om Raut for his version and commitment towards the work.
